Christmas Trade

This trade comes from my cousin Colby in Kokomo, Indiana. Getting: 2000 Royal Rookies Miguel Cabrera RC 2007 Topps Wal-Mart Miguel Cabrera Giving: 2007 Topps U & H Alfonso Soriano All-Star 2007 Topps Generation Now Kenji Jojima Normally this trade would be a rippoff but 3 reasons why it's not: 1 My Cousin is 6 and doesn't care about value. 2 He loves the Cubs and insert cards. 3 This is a minor league card of Cabrera and has a low value for a RC. I was happy about this trade because I got 2 cards of now Tiger Miguel Cabrera and I got my little cousin into collecting. Something about when a player gets traded to a new team makes me want to get his cards, especially if the card pictures that player for his new team. I was crazy about Barry Zito cards when he went to the Giants. I am still looking for a GU card of Barry pictured for the Giants. I alos like cards of players who played for a team for just a season if the card pictures him for that team. Joe Morgan for the Astros and A's and Pete Rose for the Phillies and Expos. These are some of the coolest cards to me.

Trade #1

I made a trade with Thorzful in Wisconsin (link to his blog at the bottom)! Here is the cards:
Giving: 2006 Bowman Draft Ryan Braun, and 2007 Topps Jeter/Mantle/Bush Receiving: 2007 Topps Update Alex Rodriguez Highlight "550 HR" Red Back Parallel, and 1976 Hostess Oscar Gamble. This trade is great because I have about 20 of the Jeter error and it wasn't a braun rookie so no big loss. Plus I get a parallel card of A-Rod commemorating his 500 home run! I also get this sweet Hostess card of Oscar Gamble. I love the Hostess cards! I want to get a complete set of them (which mean I will trade for them).I think this trade was about fair and even. Thanks Thorzful!

Awsome Pack! #1

First off when ever i get an awsome pack bust i will post about it. I got this pack for $2.99 at Target. It has 4 cards in it. So here is what I got.
Pack: UD Masterpieces
1st Card: Johann Santana
2nd Card: Sandy Koufax
3rd Card: Troy Tulowitzki
4th Card: Kei Igawa

Now the reasons why the pack was awsome. The Santana was great because he might go to the yankees. Also I love the card design. I would post pics but my computer is to slow for that.
I Like the Koufax because this is my first card of. him. I really like the Brooklyn Dodgers. They have 3 (Pee Wee Reese, Jachie Robinson, and Duke Snider) of my top 7 favorite hall of famers. (Rod Carew, Bruce Sutter, and William Joy Cartwright are a few others) The reason i like the Tulo card is because if the NL wasn't stacked with "Super Rookies" he would have gotten the Rookie of the Year award. The final card of Igawa was great because i like him so much more than Dice-K and he is going to beast if he ever gets out of the minors.

Card Trade Mania! Begins

Welcome to my new blog. This is my 2nd blog (the other is Baseball Card & More link at bottom). I want to trade my cards with you. I will make a trade list for all to see. The cards i have to trade are at the bottom. I will add more soon. Here are the steps to trade with me.

2. I will review the offer and give you my address for you to send the cards to.

3. You send me your cards with a S.A.S.E. (Self Addressed Stamped Envelope) and when I get the cards I will scan them and Post about them. Then i will send you your cards in the S.A.S.E.
